Students apply to the Global Change Minor (GC-GIDP) by submitting the online Intent-to-Declare Form. The GC-GIDP office maintains an "in house" database of our GC Minor students based on this form which aids the program office in serving and tracking students. GC students are added to the GC-GIDP email distribution list which keeps them informed about GC Minor matters and announcements. Graduate students currently in the program are listed on the GC Students webpage.

Students officially declare the minor when they submit their formal "Plan of Study" to the Graduate College. Students should consult with their GC Minor advisor and GC committee member early on during their program in order to plan their coursework so that it meets the GC Minor requirements. Programmatic questions may be directed to the Chair of the Global Change GIDP or an Executive Committee member.

So that the GC-GIDP office can stay informed about our students' progress and achievements, periodic updates will be requested and can be submitted by using the GC Minor Update Form.
